Our client is a fast-growing, UK-based wealth management firm combining high-quality financial advice with a modern, technology-led platform. Positioned as a challenger to traditional private banks and legacy advisers, the business focuses on delivering transparent, client-centric wealth planning solutions to affluent individuals and families. Following continued growth in assets and client demand, the firm is seeking an experienced Wealth Planner to join the team.
As a Financial Planner, you will take ownership of advising a portfolio of high-value UK-domiciled clients, delivering holistic financial planning across investments, pensions, tax and estate planning. You will work directly with clients, without intermediary relationship layers, and play a key role in developing long-term client relationships. This role is well suited to a technically strong, commercially minded adviser who enjoys working closely with sophisticated clients and contributing to the growth of a modern platform.
What You’ll Do
- Provide holistic financial planning advice, including cashflow modelling, retirement planning, inheritance and estate planning
- Advise on investment portfolios held within ISAs, SIPPs and general investment accounts
- Build long-term relationships with a concentrated group of high-value clients
- Work collaboratively with investment and platform teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm’s wealth planning proposition
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wealth Planner or Financial Adviser within a wealth management or advisory firm
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and UK tax planning
- Experience advising affluent or high-net-worth UK clients
- Ability to manage client relationships independently and deliver advice without reliance on a relationship manager
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Level 4 Diploma or higher)
