I am working with a modern, client-centric wealth management firm focused on serving high-performing individuals, founders, and entrepreneurial families. The firm positions itself as a strategic financial partner rather than a traditional investment-only advisor. They are looking to hire an ESG/SRI interested Wealth Manager to aid further growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios in line with the sustainable and impact-led investment framework.
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal risk management processes.
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the wealth strategy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Host regular client meetings and maintain proactive contact through telephone, e‑mail and in‑person discussions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ investment objectives, risk profiles and values, tailoring portfolio management accordingly.

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of asset allocation and suitability.
  • Familiarity with investment management regulation and compliance obligations.
  • A proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
  • A compelling business plan, with a transferrable book of clients welcome but not essential.
  • A genuine commitment to sustainable and impact investing.
