My client is a London-based Multi Family Office that combines institutional rigour with independence, built deliberately for UHNW families seeking alignment, technical capability, and discretion. The role is to support the operational management of multi‑asset portfolios including private market funds, hedge funds, co‑investments, and direct holdings. This is central to ensuring investment processes, reporting, and fund administration are executed to the highest standard across a growing, sophisticated client base.

Requirements

- Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with investment reporting systems (e.g. Addepar, ClearWater Analytics, Qplix, Black Diamond, Private Client Reporting, or similar).
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with senior investment staff and external stakeholders.
