We have partnered with a leading independent wealth management and investment firm who is seeking a Director of Human Capital & Talent Acquisition to join its growing international business with offices across London, Dubai, and Monaco. This is a high-impact and highly visible role, suited to a commercially minded talent professional with strong experience across financial services. The successful individual will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, helping shape hiring strategy, improve recruitment infrastructure, and attract top-tier talent across private banking, wealth management, and investment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across front-office, investment, and support functions
- Build and manage relationships with external search firms and specialist headhunters
- Develop proprietary candidate pipelines, particularly within private banking and wealth management
- Partner closely with senior management on hiring strategy, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking
- Enhance recruitment processes, onboarding frameworks, and talent infrastructure
- Act as a visible ambassador for the firm within the talent market
