We are working with a private markets firm in London that is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Associate to join the distribution team. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role that will develop relationships across the wealth and intermediary channels.
The Role
- Drive fundraising through outbound calling, email campaigns, and meetings
- Build relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, and intermediaries
- Support and attend client meetings alongside senior IR professionals
- Manage pipeline activity and CRM reporting
- Develop strong knowledge of investment propositions
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, or IR support
- Confident across phone, video, and face‑to‑face interactions
- Highly organised, resilient, and commercially motivated
- An established network within the wealth and intermediary channel
