We are working with a private markets firm in London that is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Associate to join the distribution team. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role that will develop relationships across the wealth and intermediary channels.

The Role

  • Drive fundraising through outbound calling, email campaigns, and meetings
  • Build relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, and intermediaries
  • Support and attend client meetings alongside senior IR professionals
  • Manage pipeline activity and CRM reporting
  • Develop strong knowledge of investment propositions

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, or IR support
  • Confident across phone, video, and face‑to‑face interactions
  • Highly organised, resilient, and commercially motivated
  • An established network within the wealth and intermediary channel
