Most of our children have social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and some are on a pathway to formal SEN diagnoses. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to children in Milton Keynes who find school challenging. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that is passionate about supporting our young people. This role is full‑time, permanent and compatible with the MK Primary PRU. It is suitable for early‑years and primary practitioners who bring enthusiasm, creativity and resilience, and is also ideal for those with SEN/SEMH specialist experience or a record of working effectively with vulnerable pupils with challenging behaviour.
Qualifications
Exceptional teachers who can work with vulnerable pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH) or an outstanding ECT passionate about working in this area. The ability to be creative and use imaginative flair to engage is essential, along with resilience, drive and high expectations to inspire students to achieve.
