We are looking for a Legal Support Assistant to join our Property Litigation team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in legal support to be part of a busy and collaborative disputes team. You will provide essential administrative and organisational support to fee earners, helping ensure matters run efficiently and clients receive an excellent level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high‑quality administrative support to the Property Litigation team
- Creating, maintaining and managing electronic and paper files
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, correspondence and court papers
- Formatting documents and producing bundles
- Diary management, including arranging meetings and key deadlines
- Liaising professionally with clients, courts and third parties
- Supporting the team with billing, time recording and general office administration
About You
- Have experience in a legal support, administrative or office‑based role (legal experience is desirable but not essential)
- Are highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Have confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Are proactive, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team
