The Role
Our DebtLink team is a trusted partner for clients seeking expert support in debt recovery and dispute resolution. As a Paralegal in this team, you’ll be essential in delivering efficient and high-quality legal support to clients ranging from SMEs to large organisations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of debt recovery matters from pre-action to enforcement
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Supporting solicitors and other team members with complex cases
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a similar legal support or paralegal role (debt recovery experience desirable but not essential)
- Possesses strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
- Works well under pressure and thrives in a team environment
- Is proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused
