The Role
As an integral part of the team, you will provide a high-quality secretarial and administrative service to the Development team, covering all aspects of non-legal advisor work:
- Handling and triaging new enquiries to the team.
- Filing, billing, and credit control.
- Assisting with Land Registry applications.
- Diary management and general secretarial duties.
About You
You are highly organized, motivated, accurate, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support and client care. Solid administrative experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook are preferred, but training will be provided if needed. Experience in a legal or professional services firm is desirable but not essential.
