We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to develop hands-on experience across digital marketing, sales support, social media, lead generation, and brand development within a fast-paced business environment.

Whilst we would expect you to bring knowledge from your educational background you will initially learn about the business across all departments to gain a true understanding of manufacturing and all roles within the business. After initial inductions you will work closely with experienced sales and marketing professionals gaining valuable commercial experience while developing the skills needed for a successful long-term career. We are a close-knit team and you will have contact with all levels within the business from shop floor to the MD / owners.

No two days will be the same, making this an exciting opportunity ideal for someone creative, organised, keen to learn and wanting to start your career in a fast-moving organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the sales and marketing team with day-to-day activities and campaigns.
  • Assisting with social media content creation across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Helping manage and update company websites and e-commerce platforms.
  • Working with external digital marketing and SEO partners.
  • Assisting with lead generation activities and customer enquiries.
  • Supporting the creation of newsletters, blog posts, and marketing content.
  • Researching market trends and competitor activity.
  • Helping design brochures, adverts, and promotional materials.
  • Assisting with exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analysing campaign performance and reporting on results.
  • Providing general administrative support to the department.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, or a related subject.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media trends.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, e-commerce, or email marketing platforms.
  • Previous internship, placement, or part-time experience in marketing or sales.
