Our Technology team works with buyers and sellers, including both strategic and financial investors, providing M&A, debt, and equity solutions for both public and private companies across the Technology sector. We serve clients throughout North America and in Europe, including on cross-border and transatlantic transactions across Electronics, Applied Technologies, Software and Tech-enabled Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed financial analysis and the preparation of models for various types of transactions
- Composing presentation materials including tailored pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums and other marketing materials
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative industry research and analysis
- Performing other operational and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of M&A advisory experience
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft 365 Office suite of applications and productivity tools
- Familiarity with AI concepts and terminology is helpful
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- High level of personal integrity and work ethic
- Strong commitment to respecting and safeguarding confidential information
- Ability to work well in teams
- Adherence to regulatory requirements
