Stephen James Consulting is partnering with a well-established elderly care provider to recruit a Home Manager for a care service in Oxford. This is a medium-sized residential/nursing home that requires a confident leader to bring structure, stability, and clear operational direction. The role is open to both RGN and Non-RGN candidates. Previous Home Manager experience is required. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with proven turnaround experience to take ownership of a service requiring improvement and drive it towards high-quality care, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery
  • Deliver turnaround plans to improve compliance, performance, and overall standards
