Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their well-established not-for-profit elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Deputy Home Manager (RGN) based in Oxfordshire. We’re seeking an experienced, RGN-qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day leadership of a nursing service and help maintain high standards of clinical care and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
  • Providing strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
  • Overseeing audits, medication management, and regulatory compliance
  • Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring, and supervision
