Key Responsibilities:
- Support overall leadership and smooth day-to-day running of the home
- Ensure safe, effective, person-centred care delivery at all times
- Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the care team
- Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards
- Oversee staffing, rotas, reporting, and operational performance
- Support service development, occupancy growth, and quality improvements
- Lead, mentor, and supervise staff through ongoing support and appraisals
- Step in as Home Manager when required
Requirements:
