Stephen James Consulting is working with one of its established elderly care providers in the search for a Home Manager based in Romsey. This is a medium-sized residential and dementia care home requiring a strong leader to provide structure, stability, and operational direction. The role is open to both RGN and Non-RGN candidates, with previous Home Manager experience preferred, although strong Deputy Managers ready to step up will also be considered.
This role carries full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
Responsibilities- Manage a medium-sized residential and dementia care home
- Lead and develop the staff team
- Ensure CQC compliance and quality standards
