Stephen James Consulting is partnering with a growing children s care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a brand-new therapeutic residential service based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the registration and launch of a new 2-bed home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and sibling placements. The service has been developed to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where children can achieve positive outcomes and thrive. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Ofsted registration process, developing the service, and building a positive culture from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Ofsted registration process and support the successful launch of the home
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, therapeutic, and child-centred care
  • Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and company policies
  • Support, mentor, and develop staff to achieve high standards of practice
