Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their established care providers, in the search for a Home Manager based in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up into their first Home Manager role, leading a small nursing, residential and dementia service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the home and ensuring high-quality care delivery
