Stephen James Consulting is partnering with a unique care provider to recruit a Home Manager for one of their care homes in Littleampton, West Sussex. This small residential home requires a caring but confident leader to bring structure, stability, and clear direction. While previous Home Manager experience is preferred, an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up will also be considered. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of an established service and continue driving high-quality care, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery
  • Maintain strong compliance, performance, and overall standards
  • Ensure full adherence to CQC and all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Provide strong leadership and support to all staff teams, promoting accountability and development
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and financial performance of the service
