Stephen James Consulting continues to work with one of its established elderly care providers in the search for an experienced Regional Manager to support a portfolio of six nursing, residential, and dementia care homes across Lincolnshire and the surrounding area. This is a senior leadership role within a growing organisation that has invested heavily in high-quality environments, strong clinical governance and long-term service development. This role requires a strong clinical background, with the Regional Manager playing a pivotal role in supporting Home Managers, strengthening compliance, and driving consistent quality and operational outcomes across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of nursing, residential and dementia care homes
- Providing strong clinical leadership to support safe, effective and person-centred care
- Supporting and developing Home Managers to deliver high-quality services
- Driving improvements in CQC outcomes, clinical governance and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring performance, identifying risk, and implementing corrective action plans
- Supporting services through clinical, staffing and operational challenges
- Working closely with senior leadership to deliver agreed quality and business objectives
- Maintaining a visible on-site presence across the region to support standards, culture and stability
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager within elderly care
- Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC PIN
- Strong track record of improving quality, stabilising services and supporting Home Managers
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and compliance frameworks
- A supportive, visible leadership style with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to travel regularly across Lincolnshire and the wider regional patch
