Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their established elderly care providers in the search for a Home Manager (RGN) based in Horsham. This is a well-performing, large nursing, residential and dementia service with a Good CQC rating, requiring an experienced nurse-qualified manager to lead the home and maintain high standards of care and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring full compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards
