Stephen James Consulting are partnering with one of their esteemed homecare providers in the search for a Head of Introductory Care based in Gatwick, West Sussex. Our client is dedicated to delivering extraordinary care into people’s own homes. This pivotal role plays a dynamic role in the business, complementing the regulated services and giving this homecare provider a unique ability to meet every client’s care needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of Client Relationship Executives, ensuring carers are scheduled efficiently, addressing client concerns with speed and care, and maintaining outstanding service availability.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality service and outstanding commercial success.
  • Monitoring revenue, expenses, and profit margins, whilst tracking client buying patterns to grow average service utilization.
  • Playing a key part in the strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment within the overall business objectives.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience:

  • A proven track record in health and social care management, call centre leadership, a passion for delivering superior care, and the strategic vision to enhance both client satisfaction and business growth.
  • A strong operational background, influential in driving commercial success, nurturing trust with families, and reinforcing the provider's excellent reputation for reliability and compassionate care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with first-class problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience working in a regulated business with contact centre experience is essential.
  • Confident in presenting to the Exec and board, with the ability to think strategically and implement long-term plans of the business.
