Stephen James Consulting are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for a developing Domiciliary Care provider, based in Rugby. The Registered Manager will be joining a developing Domiciliary Care business, their sole focus is to deliver high-quality care, providing a flexible but personalised care service to their clients, allowing people to live with self-respect and independence in the well-being of their own homes. Key Responsibilities: * Efficiently manage the day to day running of the care branch. * Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home-care to customers. * Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely. * Regular reviews of the service and operational functions in the context of business growth and service development making along with recommendations for succession planning.
