The Role
As Care Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care while delivering strong operational and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop your team
- Maintain high standards of care and CQC compliance
- Drive occupancy and build relationships within the local community
- Manage budgets and achieve financial targets
- Support residents and their families with a person-centred approach

About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Home Manager role
- A proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
