An opportunity has arisen in our Leicester office within our busy residential team. The role can be filled by someone who is a project running Architect or Architectural Technologist/Technician with experience of running projects.
Job running and leading on several projects at varying stages of development and construction.
A good technical knowledge of building regulations to answer queries from site and produce details.
Visiting site for Design Team Meetings, snagging, client/contractor meetings.
Work will be in the large scale residential, care and heritage sectors.
Led on projects in the residential sector.
An assertive nature and willingness to help others.
Used Revit and have a good competent understanding of the package and have delivered buildings from it previously.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, whilst also being happy to help others in the team via support when workloads demand it.

We work in ten different sectors within the built environment and offer associated services including BIM Co-ordinator, Information Manager, Visualisation, CDM & BR Principal Designer and Interior Design.
