Our client is a leading active global asset manager with a range of successful funds. They are seeking to hire a UK RFP Manager. This is a player/manager role and key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a small team of RFP Writers
  • Improving RFP processes
  • Editing team output
  • Helping to complete RFPs, RFIs and DDQs
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders including investment and sales teams
  • Assessing the suitability of RFP opportunities
  • Tracking and measuring team KPIs
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's fund range and investment capabilities
  • Ensuring consultant databases are updated

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess proven RFP experience gained in institutional asset management, strong leadership and communication skills, good investment knowledge, an interest in financial markets, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
