Our client is a global financial services company with a strong brand and a wide range of successful B2C and B2B products. They are hiring a 12 month FTC Internal Communications Specialist for their EMEA business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive engaging internal communications that align with business priorities through the internal newsletter, media coverage report, additional multimedia content, and other channels.
- Partner with key business functions to design targeted campaigns that foster understanding and employee engagement.
- Measure and optimise communication effectiveness by analysing engagement data and feedback, using insights to innovate and improve reach.
- Collaborate with the PR team on external media initiatives, including press engagement and social media campaigns.
- Create and coordinate social media content for corporate and PR channels to support major initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
The successful candidate will be immediately available, they will possess proven internal communications experience gained in a corporate environment, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of social media, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Financial services experience is desirable.
