Our client is a leading boutique asset manager with a range of successful active funds. They are seeking to hire a Client Reporting & RFP Associate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and maintain client reporting materials including performance, risk measures, portfolio exposures and fee information, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timeliness.
- Own and document reporting calculations and methodologies; investigate data issues and provide clear, reproducible solutions.
- Leverage technical and data expertise to respond to client and internal data requests, including working with large datasets and complex information.
- Manage projects focused on refining client reporting and information distribution structure and processes to meet client needs.
- Write RFP’s, RFI’s and DDQ’s, working closely with subject matter experts across the firm.
- Create and manage key client materials including presentation slides and investment summaries.
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Manage information provided to consultants and consultant databases.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess strong academics, RFP/client reporting/performance/client services experience gained in asset management, good investment knowledge, advanced analytical, written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a keen interest in financial markets and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
