12 month FTC Business Manager role (Distribution) in a leading global asset manager. Our client is a leading global asset manager with a broad fund range including private markets. They are hiring a Business Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to support their London based Global Head of Distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business planning.
  • Work closely with the Head of Distribution and senior stakeholders to help define and deliver distribution strategy and objectives.
  • Monitor implementation, prepare presentations and reports for senior management to measure KPIs, expenditure and other key metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal partners including sales, finance, HR and technology.
  • Manage and deliver a wide range of projects and initiatives across the distribution function.

Qualifications:

  • Immediately available.
  • Self-starter.
  • Strong business management background gained within the asset management or broader financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial reports into business relevant presentations for senior colleagues.
  • Experience of building and tracking key metrics and KPIs.
