Our client is a leading global private bank for HNW and UHNW families. They are hiring a 12 month FTC Executive Assistant & Events Co-ordinator.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide full administrative support to the CEO of the UK business
- Act as βgatekeeperβ including complex calendar management and prioritisation
- Proactively manage the CEO's in-box, filter/prioritise all calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information
- Interact with clients and business partners
- Manage expenses
- Undertake event co-ordination tasks from planning to execution including identifying suitable venues, visiting sites, handling invitations and managing RSVPs
- Attend prep calls with stakeholders
- Oversee venue set-up, final preparations and manage operational logistics on-site including guest registration and overall attendee experience
The successful candidate will be immediately available, possess previous EA experience, ideally gained in private banking or the broader financial services industry, have advanced knowledge of MS Office, the ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good initiative, be conscientious, detail-orientated and well organised. Some previous exposure to event co-ordination is desirable.
