Our client is a leading boutique asset manager with a range of successful active funds. They are seeking to hire a Head of RFP for their London office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Improving RFP processes
- Completing institutional and wholesale RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from clients and prospects to a very high standard
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to assess the suitability of RFP and RFI opportunities
- Tracking and measuring RFP progress
- Developing a strong understanding of the company's fund range and investment capabilities and ensuring consultant databases are updated
There is also scope to help manage some institutional client relationships.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess proven RFP experience gained in institutional asset management, a good understanding of Qvidian and eVestment, an interest in financial markets and investing, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a pressurised environment.
