We’re seeking a Client Operations Manager to drive excellence across our Client Service, Estimating and Design teams and nurture relationships with clients. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be detail driven, highly organised and passionate about customer service, ensuring a seamless client journey from first enquiry to final delivery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Client Service, Estimating and Design teams, including operational support and performance management.
  • Manage team workloads and priorities to effectively meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Provide regular reports on business performance, including sales, client satisfaction and operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction to result in repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, particularly the company’s major client, ensuring their long-term retention.
Skills/Experience:
  • Proven experience in a client service or operations management role, ideally in the print or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with proven experience in promoting professional growth and improving productivity.
  • Experience in managing major projects to tight-deadlines with a strong understanding of OTIF.
  • Competency in CRM systems, MIS software (e.g. Tharstern), and basic design software understanding (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
  • Proven experience problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
