Senior Stylist

Stephanie Lebby Hair is a modern, luxury hair salon built around healthy hair, an elevated client experience and overall soul-care.

We're looking for a talented Senior Stylist to join our growing team — someone confident in their craft, passionate about hair and excited to grow within a creative, ambitious salon environment.

The Role

You'll deliver high-quality services across styling, treatments, extensions such as sew in's, tape in's and more.

All whilst building genuine relationships with your clients and representing the Stephanie Lebby Hair standard.

As a senior member of the team, you'll also support and inspire junior stylists and contribute to the continued growth of the salon.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has strong experience in styling, installing and cutting hair
  • Is confident working with a range of hair types and textures
  • Provides excellent consultations and client care
  • Is professional, reliable and organised
  • Loves learning, developing and staying current with hair trends
  • Enjoys being part of a supportive and creative team
  • Holds relevant hairdressing qualifications level 2 NVQ
  • Is available to work full-time, including weekends
