About the Role
As a Team Leader in our Voluntary Arrangements Team, you’ll lead a group of colleagues who provide vital support to clients during challenging financial times. Your focus will be on creating a positive, motivated team environment where everyone understands their goals, feels supported, and is equipped to deliver excellent client service. You’ll act as a role model for the charity’s values, offering guidance, coaching and feedback to help colleagues develop their skills and confidence. You will support the team day‑to‑day, ensure quality standards are met, and respond to more complex queries or issues as they arise.
