As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a strategy that enhances our brand storytelling and online visibility. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content across all social media channels to drive engagement and build our online community.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives platform growth and audience engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Oversee content planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring with the Social Media Executive.
- Identify opportunities to expand presence on TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Bluesky.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance to optimise strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
You will have experience using a wide range of social media platforms, and a solid understanding of social trends, algorithms and best practice.
