Can you lead complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes using change management methodologies? Do you have the skills to support and enhance a charity's change management framework, driving best practices across teams? Would you like to be the go-to expert for all Project Management queries, driving successful project execution and making a real impact?

As a key player, you’ll manage every aspect of project execution, holding teams accountable to change management methodologies and critical milestones. You’ll also work closely with the Portfolio Manager to enhance the charity’s change management framework, fostering a culture of best practice and efficiency across all delivery teams.

We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple change projects, from concept to completion, while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations. You’ll define delivery strategies for each project stage, ensure adherence to change management frameworks, and collaborate with senior leadership to build cost-benefit analyses and track real results post-implementation. In this role, you’ll develop comprehensive project plans, manage risks, allocate resources, and keep key stakeholders informed. You’ll also ensure smooth governance, tackle budget challenges, and maintain change control protocols, all while fostering collaboration across teams for successful integration.

You’ll have the ability to manage complex dependencies and expertly manage third-party partners. If you’re ready to lead high-impact projects and continuously grow while upholding the charity’s values and FCA standards, this is the role for you!

You’ll be a proven Project Manager with experience in leading large-scale business and IT transformation projects.
