You’ll lead and coordinate the delivery of transformative initiatives, ensuring they are executed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Change, you’ll take charge of devising, organising, and implementing complex and highly interdependent value stream projects and programmes. With responsibility for matrix managing diverse teams, your leadership will be instrumental in achieving impactful and lasting results.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to take the lead in planning and coordinating a diverse range of projects and programmes, ensuring the delivery of their defined benefits. In this role, you’ll define the scope, approach, and delivery models for cross-functional initiatives, creating and refining roadmaps to maximize business impact. You’ll also play a critical role in developing and maintaining robust metrics to track progress, working closely with the Head of Transformation and Change and the PMO team to ensure the most effective delivery management practices are in place.
As a Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving successful outcomes by collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and managing a high-performing team of Project Managers. From assessing and improving delivery methods to ensuring compliance with regulatory controls, you’ll tackle challenges with precision and expertise. Alongside these responsibilities, you’ll actively manage risks and dependencies, establish strong external supplier relationships, and guide cultural change to support strategic initiatives.
You will be a Programme Manager with extensive experience and expertise in managing large-scale change programmes that incorporate business and IT transformation. You’ll bring proven skills in MSP, PRINCE 2, Agile Project Management, or equivalent frameworks, alongside the ability to lead complex programmes and value streams across departments and functions.
With a strong background in working with third-party suppliers to implement software solutions and engaging with senior executives, you’ll excel in stakeholder management while driving impactful change. Experience in matrix management and coaching teams of Project Managers and Change professionals will be key to your success, as will knowledge of regulatory environments.
