As a Team Leader in our Voluntary Arrangements Team, you’ll lead a group of colleagues who provide vital support to clients during challenging financial times. Your focus will be on creating a positive, motivated team environment where everyone understands their goals, feels supported, and is equipped to deliver excellent client service.
You’ll act as a role model for the charity’s values, offering guidance, coaching and feedback to help colleagues develop their skills and confidence. You will support the team day-to-day, ensure quality standards are met, and respond to more complex queries or issues as they arise.
