You'll lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes, helping colleagues develop their skills, build confidence and navigate challenges while maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance and client experience. This is more than a traditional people management role. As the expectations of leaders continue to evolve, you'll play an important role in developing capability, supporting change and creating the conditions for both colleagues and clients to succeed.
Working closely with peers and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll use data, insight and technology to drive performance, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure clients receive the high-quality support they deserve.

Alongside your people leadership responsibilities, you'll monitor performance, analyse trends and use insight to inform decision-making and improve outcomes. You'll provide clear direction and support, helping colleagues understand expectations, build capability and achieve their potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Day to day, you'll:
