Are you a storyteller at heart - with the strategic mind to match? Do you instinctively spot the moments that matter - news stories, political shifts, and sector conversations - and ask: how can this shape the story we need to tell? Do you see marketing as a powerful tool for building relationships – not just reach? Can you craft content that deepens trust, sparks collaboration, and shows partners they’re part of something bigger? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager who understands how to turn strategy into stories that connect - someone who can shape our narrative in a way that resonates with partners and raises the profile of our work across the sector. This isn’t just a marketing role. It’s a storytelling mission. One that calls for curiosity, creativity, and a sharp sense of what’s happening in the world around us.
What You’ll Do:
- As Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of developing and delivering marketing strategies that bring our brand and purpose to life - particularly for our valued partner audiences.
- You won’t wait for opportunities - you’ll seek them out. Whether it’s a breaking news story, a shift in the political landscape, or insights from a partner meeting, you’ll stay alert to what’s happening and find smart, relevant ways to connect it back to our mission.
- You’ll help ensure our voice is part of the wider conversation, and that our work is seen, understood, and valued.
- You’ll be the architect of our narrative - turning strategy into engaging content, messaging, and campaigns that build trust, attract new partnerships, and strengthen existing ones.
- From insight-led storytelling to consistent cross-channel communication, you’ll make sure we show up with purpose and clarity.
- This is a pivotal role with real influence - and the chance to shape how our organisation is perceived, supported, and celebrated.
About You:
- You will have proven experience in strategic marketing and content leadership, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful campaigns that align with organisational goals.
- With a creative mindset and a sharp eye for detail and tone, you’ll ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to resonate with diverse audiences.
- You’ll bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, confidently building relationships across teams and with external partners.
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact, you’ll take a proactive, collaborative approach to your work.
- A passion for purpose-driven initiatives will be at the heart of what you do, helping to deliver meaningful content that drives real change.
Equality, diversity, and inclusion:
Equality, diversity, and inclusion are incredibly important to us; we have a culture of belonging. We’re always looking to increase the diversity of our workforce to ensure we can provide the best service possible for everyone. It’s not just about the professional experience you bring – we’re interested in who you are and your potential. If there’s an adjustment to our recruitment process that would help you to be your best, speak to our team and they’ll be happy to help.
