Stepan Company is seeking a UK-based Chemical Plant Operator to join the team on a shift pattern of days and nights (2 x 12 days, 2 x 12 nights) with 6 days off.
You will operate various plant equipment, load/offload tankers, and follow SOPs while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include problem solving in production areas, manual handling of bags up to 25 kg, assisting with audits, and supporting emergency response and continuous improvement initiatives.
