Job Description
Stepan is recruiting an EMEA Marketing communications specialist that will help enable execution upon Stepan Europe’s marketing communications strategy through creative design and content development, planning, collaboration, and system enablement. This individual will report to the Business Director SRF Europe and will support all EMEA Surfactant businesses.
The candidate will :
- execute products commercialization plans
- Develop and edit content, new design development and approvals
- Manage all marketing deliverables and ensure brand compliance
- Engage with marketing partners and hold accountable to on-time delivery of external services
- Look to new marketing techniques and methods and recommend Stepan adoption, where justified
- Design, develop and deploy content for eblasts, advertisements, videos, webinars, posts, and other channels, as needed
- Pull and analyze metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment. Turn marketing insights into actions in continued advancement of marketing
- Leverage Salesforce marketing automation tool to help acquire new prospects and generate leads. Support discovery and implementation of future Salesforce enhancements.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you have :
- a Bachelor\’s degree or business license in Marketing / Communication or business and 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing and communication
- Good technical and marketing acumen that allows you to understand the technical needs of business managers and to translate it into a consistent and creative marketing plan.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analysis skills
You are fluent in English (C1 / C2) and French (B2 min) andare well organized and never miss a deadline
