A vibrant and rapidly growing entertainment chain - part of one of the biggest and best-known gaming companies in the world - has recently opened a new venue in Reading city centre. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, hands-on manager to get involved in shaping the venue's success. You'll play a key role not just in day-to-day bar and kitchen operations, but also in events planning, local marketing, and developing exciting new menus and cocktails that keep customers coming back.

If you have experience in entertainment venues such as cinemas, arcades, go-karting, karaoke, ice skating, bowling, casinos, or other hospitality-based settings - we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of the bar and kitchen
  • Staff management including hiring, training, rota planning, and handling complaints
  • Menu development - creating cocktails and updating offerings based on trends
  • Event planning and marketing on social media, including promotions and community engagement
  • Inventory management including stock control, supplier relationships, and waste reduction
  • Financial management - budgeting, cost control, profit maximisation, and drink pricing
