We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Global Recruitment & Partnerships Manager to lead the development of international university partnerships and identify new business opportunities across emerging and established student recruitment markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the organization's global partner network, securing strategic university collaborations, and driving student recruitment growth through innovative market expansion initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of international education, partnership development, and cross-border business growth.

  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and due diligence to agreement execution and performance monitoring.
  • Lead partnership review meetings and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
  • Represent the organization at international education conferences, networking events, and partner meetings.
  • Research and evaluate emerging student recruitment markets and new country opportunities.
  • Develop market entry strategies for target countries based on student demand, competitor analysis, and regulatory environments.
  • Identify new business opportunities including pathway programs, articulation agreements, franchise partnerships, and transnational education initiatives.
  • Prepare business cases, revenue forecasts, and growth plans for new market expansion projects.
  • Monitor global education trends, visa policies, and international recruitment developments to inform strategic decisions.

Recruitment Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Drive international student recruitment growth through partner institutions and agent networks.
  • Develop annual recruitment strategies and country-specific growth plans.
  • Track recruitment performance, conversion metrics, and partnership ROI.
  • Partnership managers are often accountable for enrolment, income, and recruitment targets.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with admissions, compliance, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Deliver market intelligence reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • ~4–7+ years of experience in international student recruitment, university partnerships, business development, or global education.
  • ~Proven track record of securing international partnerships and achieving recruitment targets.
  • ~Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • ~Ability to travel internationally when required.
  • Existing network of university contacts and education partners.
  • Experience working with UK higher education institutions or international recruitment agencies.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Education, or related field.
