The Role

You will gain exposure to a variety of aspects across the business, and you will need to adapt to what project you are working on. This could be meeting with clients or helping design to project specifications. Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Sales team to use Solidworks and AutoCAD to transform sales layouts into real-life designs.
  • Performing calculations (e.g., throughput and cycle time) to determine suitable equipment.
  • Analysing client operations and creating material flow diagrams to improve efficiency.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Project teams) to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Producing designs that meet cost, schedule, and specification requirements.
  • Contributing to improving efficiency across departments.
  • Running simulations to model and test different scenarios.
  • Developing and presenting comprehensive project proposals.

About You
