What you’ll be doing:
- Building Relationships: Chatting with lawyers, supply chain & logistics companies, and more.
- Guiding Clients: Offering advice and support.
- Organising and Negotiating: Keeping everything running smoothly and negotiating settlements.
- Documenting: Preparing and handling all necessary paperwork and correspondence.
On a day to day:
- Processing new claim notifications and investigating cases (like Salvage, Recovery, and General).
- Reviewing and assessing cases to provide guidance.
- Collecting and organising documents for submission to various parties.
- Monitoring the progress of cases and legal deadlines.
- Negotiating settlements based on legal and commercial terms.
- Ensuring top-notch service to our clients.
- Helping with marketing efforts for the department and company.

What we’re looking for:
- A recent graduate with an undergraduate degree or equivalent; Law degree will be beneficial but not essential.
- Someone who’s organised and good at managing their time.

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
