Job Description
- Review and categorise manual spreadsheets and paper-based records to identify key data sources and duplication.
- Document current workflows and propose simplified digital processes to support ERP planning.
- Design and trial automated templates and dashboards to improve reporting and data visibility.
- Create training resources to support staff adoption of new digital tools.
- Collaborate with the team to refine solutions and contribute to Omersa’s digital transformation journey.
About You:
- Studying or recently graduated in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with workflow mapping or dashboard creation e.g. Power BI
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies.
- Interest in ERP systems, automation tools, and SME digital transformation would be an advantage.
