We are excited to announce that, due to continued growth, Step Up is now recruiting Full-Time Workers in both the Alloa and Falkirk areas! If you are passionate about supporting care-experienced young people and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Shifts include a mix of day and backshifts, with every second weekend off to support a healthy work-life balance. Plus enjoy our unique rota system: 3 days off one week and 2 days off the next, giving you time to recharge and focus on what matters most.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,588.20 to £26,171.60 (£13.51-£14.38 hourly rate) per year, based on a 35hrs FTE depending on skills.
