Teaching Assistant – Day-to-day supply across Hoddesdon and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be supporting pupils across a range of year groups and abilities, helping to create inclusive and engaging learning environments.
Duties as Teaching Assistant:
- Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Provide one-to-one and small group support as required
- Help manage behaviour and promote positive social interactions
