Teaching Assistant – Day-to-day supply, starting as soon as possible

Duties as Teaching Assistant:

  • Support pupils in their learning across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Assist the class teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with additional needs

  • Supervise pupils during break times, transitions, and off-site activities

Ideal Teaching Assistant:

  • A relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant
  • Adaptable, reliable, and confident working in different school environments

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
