An enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant is being recruited by an inclusive school, led by a team of highly committed educators who support and develop learner progress. With the full support of an experienced SENCo and learning development team, you will have the opportunity to further your experience within a supportive environment and build the career you have been looking for!

In this position, you will work with learners who have a range of special educational needs, across a variety of curriculum areas. The role will involve working within whole classes, small groups and on a 1:1 basis, with a focus on developing effective learning, encouraging independence, promoting positive behaviour, and raising awareness of emotional self-well-being.
